CNT Promo & Ads Specialist, Inc. is seeking a motorcycle showroom sales associate in Metro Manila.

Welcome walk-in customers, assess needs, and recommend suitable motorcycle models to drive sales. In this showroom role, you will conduct product demonstrations, coordinate with finance and delivery teams, and strive to meet daily and monthly targets while delivering a friendly, professional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Walk-in showroom customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of motorcycle features and models is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and selling skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed product presentations and explain motorcycle features, specifications, benefits, available variants, and other relevant information
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge of motorcycles and keep updated on new models, promotions, pricing, and product developments
• Conduct or assist in product demonstrations and test ride arrangements, when applicable and authorized
• Actively follow up with potential customers to encourage purchase decisions and maintain customer engagement
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall sales performance of the dealership
• Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and other necessary documents related to customer inquiries and purchases
• Assist customers with the required documentation and coordinate with the appropriate departments regarding payment, financing, registration, insurance, and vehicle release
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the availability and timely delivery of motorcycles to customers
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, sales activities, and completed transactions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases, referrals, and long-term customer loyalty

About the role

Promote and sell motorcycles to prospective and existing customers. Welcome and assist walk-in customers in the showroom and provide a professional and engaging customer experience. Understand customer needs, preferences, budget, and intended motorcycle usage to recommend suitable models.

About you

• At least a High School Graduate or College undergraduate with relevant sales experience
• Experience in motorcycle or automotive sales is an advantage
• Experience in sales, customer service, retail, dealership operations, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred
• Knowledge and genuine interest in motorcycles is an advantage
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Strong selling, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products
• Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve individual and team sales targets
• Computer literate and proficient in using Microsoft Office applicationsOrganized and capable of maintaining accurate customer and sales records
