Tian Tian Hainanese Chicken Rice at Jewel (Changi Airport) is hiring for permanent staff who prefer shorter hours. We offer pro-rated schedules with at least 5 hours per day and at least 5 days per week, including weekends and public holidays.

Join our team to assist customers with QR ordering, greet guests, maintain clean tables and work with colleagues to deliver attentive service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Food Hygiene Certificate.
• Min 2 years of F&B experience.
• Speak clearly to communicate with customers and team members.
• Present yourself in a well-groomed, positive working attitude and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with QR code ordering and ensure all food is served.
• Prepare and clean restaurant tables, set tables, and top up utensils after washing.
• Greet and attend to customers upon being seated at their table.
• Collaborate with team members to provide attentive service to diners.
• Perform cleaning duties at service station, dishwashing and dining area.
• Promptly address customer service issues and refer to management when necessary.

Work hours

We have 5 openings looking for permanent staffs who prefers shorter hours.

• Per day: Able to commit at least 5 hours per day
• Per week: Able to commit at least 5 days (include Sat, Sun, and Public Holidays)
• Open for discussion if you can work more hours per day and more days per week

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with QR code ordering and ensure all food is serve
• Prepare and clean restaurant table, table setting, top up utensils and kitchen ware after washing
• Greet and attend to customers upon being seated to their table
• Collaborate with other team members in providing attentive service to the diners
• Performing cleaning duties at the service station, dish out and dining area
• Promptly address any customer service issues and refer to the management if and when necessary
