Job summary

BaoBao Roast and Dimsum is seeking a Server/Waiter in the Philippines to deliver excellent customer service, welcome guests, take and punch orders, and serve food and drinks. You will assist with seating, explain the menu, and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely delivery of dimsums, buns, noodles and other specialties.

Training will be provided at the Quezon City branch while the new Makati branch opens. The role requires teamwork, flexibility for shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in serving or restaurant roles is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced team.
• Willing to undergo training for branch openings in Manila area.

About the role

The Server / Waiter is responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests. The role includes welcoming customers, suggesting menu items, taking and punching orders, serving food and beverages, and assisting customers with their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Accurately take and confirm customer orders.

About us

BaoBao Roast and Dimsum is a Chinese restaurant specializing in delicious dimsums, freshly made buns, noodles, and other Chinese-inspired dishes. Our new branch will be located in Poblacion, Makati and is expected to open by September. Successful applicants will undergo training at our Quezon City branch while waiting for the opening of the new Makati branch.
