Job summary

BaoBao Roast and Dimsum in the Philippines is seeking a Branch Supervisor to oversee daily operations, staff schedules, and customer service at our Makati branch and the existing location. You will ensure food quality, sanitation, and adherence to company standards while guiding a front-line team.

The role requires hands-on leadership, clear communication, and the ability to work under pressure. You will coordinate with management to address branch concerns and help set up the new Makati branch

Qualifications

• Must have previous supervisory experience in a restaurant or food service.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willing to oversee both existing and new Makati branch.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise the daily operations of the BaoBao Roast and Dimsum branch
• Manage and monitor staff schedules, attendance, performance, and work assignments
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, sanitation, and proper store procedures
• Check inventory, stocks, and supplies and report shortages or discrepancies
• Monitor daily sales, cash handling, and branch reports
• Train and guide staff to ensure proper work performance
• Coordinate with management regarding branch concerns, operational needs, and staff issues
• Assist in the setup, staffing, and operations of the new Makati branch
• Ensure company policies, standards, and procedures are consistently followed

BaoBao Roast and Dimsum is a Chinese restaurant specializing in freshly prepared dimsum, buns, and a variety of Chinese dishes. We are continuously growing and expanding our operations, including the opening of a new branch in Makati. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Branch Supervisor who can help maintain smooth operations and support the growth of our branches.

Responsibilities & Expectations:

Oversee and supervise the daily operations of the BaoBao Roast and Dimsum branch, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining food quality and sanitation standards. You will also assist in the setup, staffing, and operations of the new Makati branch.
