Job summary

MicroSourcing, a leading offshore provider in the Philippines, is seeking an SEO Manager to own SEO, GEO/AEO and CRO initiatives across campaigns and channels. You will build performance dashboards, automate reporting, and translate insights into tests and optimisations.

Day-to-day you’ll manage dashboards across brands and funnels, drive organic visibility, run CRO on journeys, and present findings to marketing leaders. Hybrid work with day shifts in Eastwood, QC.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SEO, GEO/AEO and CRO programs.
• Ability to design and own a test roadmap.
• Proven ability to build automated reporting pipelines.
• Strong data interpretation and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimise SEO, GEO/AEO and CRO initiatives across campaigns and channels.
• Build and maintain dashboards for campaigns, channels, brands and funnel.
• Grow organic visibility and run CRO on pages and journeys.
• Automate data pulls, refreshes and reporting with alerts.
• Present findings clearly to marketing and senior stakeholders.
