Job summary

MicroSourcing in Manila is seeking a Marketing Analytics Specialist to own SEO, GEO/AEO and CRO. Build performance reporting and automate dashboards across campaigns, channels, brands and the full funnel.

You will grow organic visibility, design tests, and present findings to marketing and senior stakeholders. Strong analytical and communication skills, plus experience with GA4, SQL, and analytics tools, are essential.

Qualifications

• SEO, GEO/AEO optimisation and AI surfaces, using tools like Search Console, Semrush.
• Experience in CRO, landing page and funnel analysis, test design.
• Advanced analytics using Excel/Sheets; SQL nice to have.
• GA4 events, conversions, funnel exploration and attribution.
• Understanding of CAC, CPA, ROAS, CVR, ARPU, CLTV, churn, retention, and cohorts.
• Test design including sample size, significance, and control groups.
• Proven marketing analytics experience with measurable impact.
• Automated reporting and time savings through automation.
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Strong organisational, communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimise SEO, GEO/AEO and CRO and build automated reporting.
• Build and maintain dashboards across campaigns, channels, brands and the full funnel.
• Grow organic visibility across search and AI answer surfaces.
• Run conversion rate optimisation on pages and journeys; define fixes and tests.
• Design and specify tests; manage automation of data pulls, refreshes and alerts.
• Present findings clearly to marketing and senior stakeholders; partner with data teams.
