Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an SEO Analytics Specialist to own and optimise SEO, GEO/AEO and CRO initiatives. You will build performance dashboards, automate reporting, and drive tests with the automation team to boost organic visibility and conversions.

You will report to the Head of Marketing Subscriptions and collaborate with data teams and external partners to ensure clean inputs and actionable insights for decision-makers.

Qualifications

Strong analytical capability with Excel/Sheets
Experience in marketing analytics or performance marketing
Ability to present to senior stakeholders clearly

Responsibilities

Own and optimise SEO, GEO/AEO and CRO strategies.
Build and maintain dashboards across campaigns and funnels.
Run CRO tests design and read results accurately.
Automate data pulls, refreshes and distribution of reports.
Identify drivers of performance and separate mix effects from seasonality.
Present findings to marketing and senior stakeholders.
