Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an SEO Manager for a hybrid, day-shift role in Eastwood, Quezon City. You will own SEO, GEO/AEO and CRO, build performance dashboards, and drive end-to-end optimization across campaigns and the funnel.

Your Role

This role owns and handles SEO, AEO/GEO and CRO and all that comes with it. Building the performance reporting, works out what it is telling us, and turns that into constant optimisation across SEO, GEO/AEO and conversion rate, specifying the tests for the automation specialists to build and automating the reporting itself so time goes on thinking rather than assembling.

Day to day they build and maintain dashboards across campaigns, channels, brands and the full funnel, grow organic visibility across search and AI answer surfaces, run conversion rate optimisation on the pages and journeys that traffic feeds, automate the pulls, refreshes, distribution and threshold alerts, separate real movement from mix and seasonality, own the test roadmap by setting the hypothesis, variable, control and success measure, read the results honestly including the failures, present to marketing and senior stakeholders, and work with the data team and external partners on clean inputs.

Success is recurring reporting automated end to end, organic visibility and conversion rates rising through constant optimisation, recommendations that changed a decision and produced a measurable result, a test roadmap running continuously with a documented win and learning rate, reporting resting on clean inputs with attribution gaps closing, and senior stakeholders acting on the reporting rather than commissioning their own cut.

Key Duties

• SEO and GEO/AEO: Own and constantly optimise organic visibility across search and AI answer surfaces, tracking rankings, coverage, referral quality and the traffic it drives into the funnel.
• Conversion Rate Optimisation: Find where pages and journeys leak, specify the fixes and tests that lift conversion from visit through to subscription, and prove the result.
• Optimisation Recommendations: Produce specific, prioritised recommendations on where to improve, with the expected impact and the reasoning attached.
• Design and Specify the Tests: Own the test roadmap, specify the hypothesis, the variable, the control and the success measure, brief the automation specialists to build it, then read the result honestly including the tests that fail.
• Identify What to Automate: Judge what should be automated following test conclusions.
• Performance Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reporting across campaigns, channels, brands and the full acquisition funnel, from traffic through to subscription revenue.
• Automate the Reporting: Automate the data pulls, refreshes, scheduled distribution and threshold alerts so variance surfaces on its own rather than waiting for someone to notice it in a manual export.
• Analysis: Go beyond reporting the numbers and identify what is driving performance up or down, separate real movement from mix effects and seasonality, and say so plainly.
• Presentation: Present findings clearly to marketing, and to senior stakeholders who want the conclusion and the detail underneath.
• Data Quality: Work with our data team and external partners on tracking, tagging and attribution so the reporting rests on clean inputs.
