Apnea Dynamics is seeking a highly analytical and growth-focused SEO, AI & Analytics Manager to support the digital expansion of our brands across tourism, freediving, e-commerce, and online education platforms. This role combines search engine optimization, AI-assisted workflows, digital analytics, automation, and data-driven growth strategy.

You will help improve website visibility, analyze business and marketing performance, optimize customer acquisition channels, and support the integration

Qualifications

• Experience in SEO, digital analytics, or growth-focused roles.
• Strong understanding of SEO and website performance analysis.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush.
• Understanding of AI tools and workflow optimization is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with data, reporting systems, and digital performance metrics.
• Basic understanding of CMS and technical SEO principles.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Good English communication.
• Ability to work independently and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Interest in tourism, e-commerce, online education, or digital growth.
• Eligible to work in the Philippines; Filipino applicants only.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO strategies across company websites and digital platforms
• Monitor website performance, rankings, traffic, and search visibility
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits
• Optimize website content, structure, and technical SEO performance
• Analyze user behavior, customer journeys, and marketing performance using analytics tools
• Support the implementation of AI tools, automation systems, and workflow optimizations
• Assist management with data-driven reporting and growth analysisCreate dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking systems
• Collaborate with marketing, development, content, and operations teams
• Identify opportunities to improve digital performance, lead generation, and operational efficiency
• Stay updated on SEO, AI, automation, and digital marketing trends

• Understanding of AI tools, automation systems, and workflow optimization is highly preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with data, reporting systems, and digital performance metrics
• Basic understanding of website structure, CMS platforms, and technical SEO principles
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Good English communication skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
• Interest in tourism, e-commerce, online education, or digital business growth is highly preferred
