Responsibilities

• Manage and moderate online communities across social media and digital platforms
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Help maintain a positive, engaging, and active online brand presence
• Support customer engagement and inbound communication across company channels
• Coordinate with marketing and media teams on campaigns and content strategies
• Assist with social media scheduling, posting, and community interaction
• Monitor online feedback, reviews, and audience sentiment
• Help identify trends, engagement opportunities, and community growth strategies
• Support influencer collaborations, partnerships, and online campaigns when needed
• Maintain consistency in brand communication and tone of voice
• Assist with reporting, analytics, and social media performance tracking
• Represent Apnea Dynamics and its brands professionally at all times

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in social media management, community management, customer communication, or digital marketing is preferred
• Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented personality
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and online communities
• Ability to multitask and manage communication across multiple channels
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Basic knowledge of content creation, digital marketing, or branding is an advantage
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced digital environment
• Interest in tourism, freediving, watersports, or ocean lifestyle brands is highly preferred
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills are an advantage
• Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the Philippines
• This position is currently open to Filipino applicants only
