Apnea Dynamics is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Web Developer to support the development and maintenance of our growing portfolio of websites, e-commerce platforms, and digital projects.

This role is ideal for someone with a solid understanding of website management and digital tools who wants to continue developing their skills in web development, design, automation, and online business systems.

You will work closely with management, marketing, and content teams to maintain and improve websites, implement new features, troubleshoot issues, optimize user experiences, and support various digital initiatives across our brands.

We are looking for someone who is curious, tech-savvy, solution-oriented, and excited about working with modern web technologies and online business platforms.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update WordPress websites across multiple company brands
• Assist with website development, customization, and troubleshooting
• Manage website content, pages, blog posts, and media assets
• Support Shopify and e-commerce platform management
• Upload, edit, and optimize website content and images
• Assist with website speed, performance, and SEO improvements
• Work with FTP, hosting platforms, domains, and website backups
• Create and modify graphics using Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools
• Support landing page creation and marketing campaigns
• Test website functionality across desktop and mobile devices
• Assist with integrations between websites, CRM systems, forms, and other digital tools
• Help implement automation and AI-powered workflows where appropriate
• Maintain organized documentation and digital assets
• Represent Apnea Dynamics and its brands professionally at all times

Requirements

• Basic experience with WordPress website management and customization
• Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms
• Experience using Canva and basic graphic design tools
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop or similar image editing software
• Familiarity with FTP software, website hosting, and domain management
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to learn new technologies and systems quickly
• Basic understanding of SEO principles is an advantage
• Experience with AI tools, automation platforms, or website builders is an advantage
• Portfolio or examples of previous website projects are highly preferred

Location

This is a full-time on-site position based in Tangnan, Panglao, Bohol, Philippines.

This position requires regular attendance at our office and operational facilities in Tangnan. Remote work and hybrid arrangements are not available for this role.
