Genfinity Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Lead HRIS Analyst to support and enhance the Workday HCM system. You will work with HR and business partners to gather requirements, configure security, build custom reports, and drive continuous process improvements.

The role requires deep Workday expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and guidance to team members as part of an agile environment. You will lead Workday configuration, reporting, and security, while ensuring reliable end-user support

Qualifications

• 8+ years in HR ERP system development or support roles.
• Minimum 5 years of Hands-on Workday HCM experience across modules.
• Strong Workday reporting, dashboards, and hubs skills.
• Deep understanding of Workday modules and business processes.
• Ability to configure and maintain Workday modules and security.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance and enhancement of Workday HCM.
• Collaborate with HR and stakeholders to gather requirements in Agile.
• Identify dependencies and minimize impact on processes.
• Design and develop custom reports to meet business needs.
• Configure security according to policy and conduct end-user support.
• Document design, configuration, and testing of changes.
• Manage design and development of deliverables independently.
• Support Workday release activities and mentor team members.
