Genfinity in Makati, Philippines seeks a Lead HRIS Analyst to supervise Workday HCM maintenance and enhancements, driving efficiency and automation across HR processes. You will guide teams through problem solving and optimize system functionality for excellent end-user experience.

The role requires deep Workday expertise, strong reporting skills, and a proven ability to translate business needs into scalable configurations while collaborating with stakeholders and supporting releases.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in HR ERP system development, troubleshooting enterprise apps.
• At least 5 years in Workday HCM with multiple modules.
• Proficient in Workday reports, dashboards, and hubs.
• Strong Workday functional modules knowledge and security implications.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Workday configurations.

Responsibilities

• Support Workday HR system administration and business process configuration.
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deploy high-quality solutions in an Agile framework.
• Identify and manage dependencies and impacts of projects to minimize adverse effects.
• Design and develop custom reports to meet business requirements.
• Configure and administer security in compliance with policies.
• Deliver end-user support through root cause analysis and ticketing system.
• Create and maintain documentation for design, configuration, and testing.
• Manage design and development of deliverables independently.
• Support Workday release activities.
• Train, coach, and mentor team members.
