Spac Information Technology Inc is seeking a Senior Workday HCM Analyst to support and advance the core HR system across global users. The hybrid role involves in-depth Workday configuration, testing, and delivery of HR transformations.

The ideal candidate will have expertise across HCM, Reporting & Analytics, and Payroll/Benefits is a plus; experience in a multinational tech environment and strong Excel reporting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Workday HCM Fundamentals certification is a minimum requirement.
• Experience in Benefits and Payroll Modules.
• Experience in a multi-national technology organisation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including complex reports.
• Knowledge of HR systems reporting, HR process, and project management experience.
• HR experience, and a basic understanding of HR policy and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Provide BAU support to global business users and HR, troubleshoot system issues, ad-hoc reporting, and support HR core Workday processes.
• Take ownership of queries and manage them with a focus on user experience, ensuring policy adherence.
• Demonstrate understanding of Workday modules (HCM, Reporting & Analytics, Compensation, Talent & Performance, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Recruit, Help, Security).
• Gather and understand business requirements; support with recommended solutions.
• Collaborate with project managers, HR BPs, and QA to review BRDs, solution designs, and testing docs.
• Configure changes to Workday modules and manage through SDLC/change processes.
• Support delivery of key projects including Workday enhancements and other HR system changes.
• Prepare and run data uploads into Workday using EIB templates.
• Develop scalable, flexible Workday solutions for future needs.
• Promote Workday best practices to users when required.
• Partner with GTS resources to test, document, maintain, and share data with other applications.
• Coordinate with Workday Partner for AMS, enhancements and releases; help prioritize and test requirements.
• Keep process documentation and FAQs up to date.
• Engage in self-learning via Workday Community and other channels.
• Participate in HR-wide initiatives as they arise.
