Job summary

GCash, the leading FinTech in the Philippines, seeks an experienced Workday HCM Expert to own daily administration, configuration, and ongoing optimization of the Workday HCM platform.

You will translate HR business needs into scalable Workday solutions, handling business processes, calculated fields, security, and integrations, while collaborating with IT and HR stakeholders. This is a hands-on IC role in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM configuration and administration experience (Core HR required; compensation, talent, or benefits is a plus).
• Proven experience creating complex Business Processes, Calculated Fields, and reports; managing Security Groups.
• Hands-on experience with inbound/outbound EIBs for bulk data operations.
• Practical experience supporting and troubleshooting Workday integrations and middleware.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on configuration of Workday HCM including Core HR, BPs, Calculated Fields, and domain security policy adjustments.
• Tenant management: sandbox refreshes, release updates, and feature testing across environments.
• Business scoping and solution design: analyze requirements, design technical solutions, and build specs.
• Integrations & data migration: maintain/test inbound/outbound integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio) and vendor connections.
• Tier 3 escalation for Workday issues and root-cause analysis; efficient resolution.
• Release management: evaluate bi-annual Workday releases and plan/execute enhancements and regression testing.
• Testing & documentation: conduct unit and integration tests; maintain documentation of configurations and security changes.
