Job summary
Envision Energy seeks a Wind Turbine Technical Manager to serve as the on-site technical authority for utility-scale wind power projects. You will oversee turbine supply, installation, commissioning, and performance, coordinating with turbine manufacturers, EPCs, and owner's engineering teams to meet technical specs and standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related field.
- 8+ years in wind energy with senior technical or engineering management exposure.
- Deep knowledge of wind turbine components and installation requirements.
Responsibilities
- Act as primary technical interface among turbine supplier, EPC contractor, and project owner.
- Review and approve turbine documentation, installation manuals, and foundation data.
- Oversee turbine supplier site team during transport, erection, and commissioning.
- Review foundation interface loads and embedment specifications.
- Monitor equipment delivery, inspect arrivals, and handle technical non-conformances.
- Approve changes to erection methods, torque specs, and sequences.
- Lead troubleshooting of installation and commissioning issues with supplier support.
- Review commissioning tests, grid compliance, and performance reports.
- Manage punch list and PAC readiness; support warranties and variations.
- Provide input for O&M handover, spare parts lists, and training materials.
