Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all technical aspects of renewable energy projects, including design, engineering review, and technical due diligence
Review and approve system designs, layouts, specifications, and technical documentation
Coordinate with EPC contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure technical compliance and quality standards
Support project development activities such as site assessments, feasibility studies, and technical evaluations
Oversee construction activities to ensure adherence to approved designs, timelines, and safety standards
Provide technical support during commissioning, testing, and handover to operations teams
Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure compliance with local regulations, grid codes, and international standards
Optimize system performance, efficiency, and long‑term reliability
Prepare technical reports, presentations, and recommendations for management
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy Engineering, or a related technical field
Professional engineering license or relevant certifications are an advantage
