Decathlon Philippines Inc. is seeking a Wholesale Project Lead to define the strategic direction and drive the wholesale business with key partners across SEA.

You will lead the project team, manage stakeholders, and align activities with Decathlon's global strategy. The role requires a proven track record in corporate sales, strong leadership, and the ability to develop partnerships, negotiate terms, and oversee commercial performance.

• 5+ years experience in corporate sales with proven track record.
• Passionate about sports and actively practicing sports.
• Analytical and capable of problem-solving.
• Proven leadership and strong motivational communication.
• Flexible and agile; role is both strategic and operational.

Responsibilities

• Create the strategic framework for the wholesale project, commercial operations and economic performance evaluation.
• Define main partners on the market to explore potential future opportunities and sustainable collaboration.
• Lead the wholesale project team (2 people to start) and wider stakeholder group through regular meetings and debriefs.
• Lead understanding and development of new key processes for the business and share with relevant teams.
• Report to governance committee with insights and recommendations to align wholesale activity with global strategy.
• Represent Decathlon to partners with regular meetings as their referent.
• Diversify risk by multiplying partnerships with several companies.
• Negotiate favorable terms with partners and sign contracts for new and extended business models.
• Lead development of wholesale catalogs/offers and curate product ranges per partner with commercial team.
• Analyze performance per partner at product level, considering availability and pricing.
• Review economic performance monthly and forecast activity for coming months/years.
• Monitor performance, identify alerts and propose solutions.
