Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• With more than 5 years of experience in Wholesale management, sales, or related role.
• Have an effective communication skills, problem solving skills, leadership skills, and time management skills.
• Willing to work onsite at Sucat, Parañaque City.

Responsibilities

• Owns the company’s overall sales strategy, wholesale member relations, reporting structure, and future scaling roadmap.
• Sell merchandise and meet wholesale member needs while obtaining orders from existing and potential clients in a specific area.
• Manage a portfolio of wholesale accounts to achieve long-term success.
• Develop strong relationships with wholesale members and collaborate to identify new business opportunities.
• Generate new business using existing and potential wholesale member networks.
• Review and analyze key sales trends and member feedback to ensure needs are met.
• Understand wholesale member needs and communicate these internally to drive development.
• Develop, refine, and execute a repeatable sales process, reporting, and forecasting pipeline.
• Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets via account plans.
• Meet with the Wholesale Director regularly for performance reviews and goal-setting with direct reports.
• Create and maintain an efficient wholesale operations infrastructure including order processing, member service, logistics, and accounting.
• Define and implement a creative visual and virtual merchandising strategy with the Wholesale Director and Media Content Manager; research lifestyle, demographics, and design trends, and monitor competition.
• Adhere to all company policies and applicable laws and regulations.
