• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Proven track record in managing corporate accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly.
• Monitor and ensure the achievement of individual and team sales targets.
• Review and oversee the preparation of quotations, proposals, reports, and other sales documents.
• Identify and develop potential corporate clients and new business opportunities to increase sales.
• Coordinate with stores, operations, finance, and other departments to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
• Monitor sales performance, client accounts, orders, and other key sales activities.
• Handle escalated client concerns and ensure timely and effective resolution.
• Monitor and maintain accurate client records, sales reports, and other relevant documentation.
