Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Senior Web3 SDET to design and build full-stack automated test suites for decentralized applications. You will act as a quality gatekeeper across API, UI, and CLI layers, shaping testing strategies for distributed blockchain services.

We expect 5+ years of experience in test automation, strong Web3 knowledge, and proficiency in Python, Java, or TypeScript. This is a 100% remote role with excellent compensation in USD or local currency.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Test Automation or Software Quality Engineering.
Proven expertise in Web3 technologies and test automation frameworks.
Hands-on experience with API and UI automation.
Proficiency in Python, Java, or TypeScript.
Strong CI/CD quality gates, performance and regression testing.
Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

Design and implement automated test suites across multiple application layers.
Establish testing strategies tailored for distributed systems and blockchain protocols.
Diagnose and triage complex issues across Web3 networks and decentralized environments.
Integrate automated quality gates into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous delivery reliability.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to embed testing excellence throughout the product lifecycle.
