Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Software Engineer (Blockchain) to design and maintain next‑gen decentralized systems. You’ll develop on-chain architectures, ensure smart contract security, and drive Web3 initiatives within a global remote team.

Qualifications

5+ years of software engineering with a blockchain focus.
Proficient in Solidity or Rust.
Experience with Ethereum or Cosmos SDK ecosystems and ERC standards.

Design and deploy secure, optimized smart contracts across blockchain protocols.
Build and integrate robust decentralized applications (DApps) and chain-adjacent services.
