BairesDev, a global technology company, is seeking a Test Automation Engineer (Selenium) to design and implement robust browser automation solutions that ensure high-quality software delivery. You will connect development and QA by creating scalable test frameworks that streamline validation.

You will design and maintain automated test suites using Selenium WebDriver with Java or Python, build Page Object models, and manage Selenium Grid for parallel testing.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Test Automation or Software Quality Engineering.
• Proven expertise in browser automation using Selenium WebDriver.
• Hands-on experience building Page Object frameworks and managing Selenium Grid infrastructure.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or Python for automation scripting.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated test suites with Selenium WebDriver in Java or Python.
• Build scalable page object model frameworks for test maintenance.
• Manage and configure Selenium Grid for parallel test execution.
• Develop and execute comprehensive automated test plans to identify and report software defects early.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation into CI/CD.
