Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Operational Auditing.
• Proven expertise in auditing methodology, scorecards, and KPIs.
• Hands-on experience creating structured documentation for operational workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and experience in compliance or TA Ops.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive operational audits to identify process inefficiencies and functional gaps.
• Develop and maintain scorecards and KPIs to monitor performance trends.
• Produce detailed, structured documentation and reports translating audit findings into remediation plans.
• Lead periodic internal reviews to ensure alignment with business requirements and benchmarks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize workflows and bolster compliance.
