Job summary

Shopee Philippines Inc. in Cebu City seeks an experienced Warehouse Manager to strategically run our warehouse operations in line with company policy and vision.

You will lead analytics-driven initiatives, oversee inbound, outbound, inventory and returns, and ensure SLAs are consistently met. You will develop the team, implement optimal policies, manage KPIs, prepare regular cost and performance reports, and collaborate with management on strategic improvements using strong data analysis.

Qualifications

• 5 years total work experience focusing on warehouse operations or related field.
• Bachelor-level degree in a relevant field as listed.
• Strong leadership with ability to analyze data and draw conclusions.
• Knowledge of warehousing KPIs and performance metrics.
• Hands-on experience with warehouse databases and software.
• Excellent problem solving, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to be assigned to Calamba, Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Strategically manage warehouse in line with company policies and vision.
• Conduct analytics and provide recommendations for strategic initiatives.
• Oversee cost/benefit, cost-optimization, delivery/returns performance and forecasts.
• Manage inbounding of inventory, returns, inventory control, outbound and maintenance operations; meet SLAs.
• Develop staff and prepare for future challenges; ensure capable team.
• Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal policies and procedures.
• Adhere to warehousing and handling requirements.
• Produce regular reports: warehouse KPIs, shrinkage, stock movement, costs.
• Receive feedback and monitor service quality.
