Job summary

DHL Supply Chain Philippines is seeking a warehouse associate to support Receiving, Picking, Packing, and Dispatch operations at the San Rafael Davao Regional Distribution Center. You will verify deliveries, pick orders, pack and label goods, and ensure accurate dispatch while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, be physically fit for lifting, and be willing to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

At least High School graduate.
1 year of experience in warehousing, logistics, distribution, or inventory operations.
Willing to do heavy lifting.
Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory handling.
Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners or mobile devices.
Willing to be assigned and work on-site in San Rafael Davao Regional Distribution Center.
Physically fit and capable of lifting, carrying, and moving products as required.
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Receive incoming deliveries and verify quantity and condition against supporting documents.
Pick customer orders accurately according to pick lists, system instructions, and customer requirements.
Ensure proper handling, packing, labeling, and staging of goods for shipment.
Prepare orders for loading and dispatch in accordance with delivery schedules.
Assist in loading vehicles and verify shipment documentation before dispatch.
