Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced vice presidents of program management to help train an advanced language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks across core workflows. Qualifications

• 5+ years running enterprise programs, PMOs, or cross-functional implementation initiatives with direct ownership of program charters, raid logs, and steering committee reporting.
• Fluency building resource capacity planning spreadsheets and milestone tracking spreadsheets that hold up under executive and stakeholder scrutiny.
• Expert‑level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Support training of language models on professional document workflows across programs and reports.
