Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced implementation program director to help train an advanced language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own charter creation, RAID logs, and steering committee reporting, and you will craft high-quality AI-generated documents across core workflows.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years running enterprise programs and are experts in spreadsheet capacity planning, milestone tracking, and executive communications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years running enterprise programs, PMOs, or cross-functional implementation initiatives.
• Fluency building resource capacity planning spreadsheets and milestone tracking spreadsheets that hold up under executive and stakeholder scrutiny
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Manage program charters, raid logs, resource capacity planning spreadsheets, steering committee decks.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and executives to ensure quality deliverables.
