Job summary

Ethos is partnering with a leading AI foundation to recruit experienced heads of PMO who can train their language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This role emphasizes ownership of enterprise programs, cross-functional initiative delivery, and high-quality output across charters, logs, and decks.

Fully remote, flexible 5–20 hours per week, ASAP start, with compensation at $70 per hour.

Qualifications

• 5+ years running enterprise programs, PMOs, or cross-functional implementation initiatives with direct ownership of program charters, raid logs, and steering committee reporting
• Fluency building resource capacity planning spreadsheets and milestone tracking spreadsheets that hold up under executive and stakeholder scrutiny
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows
• Own program charters, raid logs, and steering committee reporting processes
• Develop and oversee milestone tracking and stage-gate review packets
