Job summary

PHILGUARANTEE in Metro Manila seeks a senior leader to direct and harmonize the Group's activities across units and with public/private partners. The role requires strategic oversight and governance across initiatives.

You will design strategic plans, oversee budgets, ensure service quality, and drive performance through strong governance and stakeholder collaboration. A track record in financial services with supervisory experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent; Master’s or CSC leadership qualification preferred.
• At least 10 years in related financial services, with minimum 5 years in supervisory/management roles.
• 120 hours of supervisory/management training is required.
• Career Service (Professional) or Second Level Eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Directs, plans, and controls all tasks of the Group in coordination with PHILGUARANTEE units and government/private entities.
• Oversees strategic planning, objectives, and budgeting for the Group's initiatives.
• Establishes an effective office administration and general management system.
• Develops linkages with teams, partners, and stakeholders across government and relevant sectors.
