Private Advertiser in the Philippines seeks a Senior Operations Manager to lead client operations, drive service excellence and deliver measurable business outcomes. You will oversee operational performance, client satisfaction, team leadership, financial governance, risk management and growth initiatives.

The role partners with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency while building strong, long-term relationships and driving continuous improvement across service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field.
• 7–10 years in operations management, service delivery, or leadership roles in BPO or IT services.
• Strong governance, risk, and financial oversight understanding.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and manage complex client engagements.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational programs and ensure consistent service delivery.
• Manage contractual obligations, SLAs, and client expectations.
• Monitor performance, drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
• Develop relationships with key client stakeholders and act as escalation point.
• Prepare operational reports, dashboards and business reviews.
