Job summary

Grab Philippines seeks a Director, GFG PH to lead the full spectrum of financial services including payments, lending, insurance, strategy, and partnerships. You will operate at the highest levels of government and regulatory engagement with BSP, SEC, and Insurance Commission, shaping policy and partnerships with banks and tech firms.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in financial services, with 5+ years in a senior executive role.
• Experience leading large-scale organizational change or platform transformations in financial services.
• Expertise in digital payments, consumer lending, insurance, or FinTech product development.
• Experience managing multi-layered business structures to optimize operations, P&L, and cross-functional synergies.
• Deep regulatory navigation experience in high-growth periods with balance of commercial and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead organized change management across cross-functional structures during growth.
• Harmonize new product capabilities with regional leadership for high-value experiences.
• Lead an executive team across Payments, Lending, Insurance, Strategy, Partnerships, and Operations in the Philippines; coach and connect.
• Promote disciplined execution and continuous innovation with clear accountability for outcomes.
• Champion Grab's mission and translate financial inclusion goals into measurable outcomes for drivers, merchants, and consumers.
• Own relationships with major financial institutions, regulatory bodies, BSP, SEC, Insurance Commission, and strategic partners.
• Collaborate with Regional Vertical heads to bring hyper-local products to the market.
• Cultivate relationships across Regional Product, Engineering, Business and Strategy.
