Job summary

Our Clients in Metro Manila, Philippines, is seeking a seasoned Group Finance Executive to lead the financial strategy, governance, and operations of a diversified group spanning food & beverage, restaurant operations, and retail.

The role oversees FP&A, capital allocation, and risk management, partnering with the Board to drive profitability, secure funding, and build a future-ready finance organization across multiple entities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
CPA certification is highly preferred.
MBA or Master’s in Finance or related postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
At least 15 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, and corporate leadership at CFO level.
Experience as CFO or senior finance executive overseeing multiple companies/brands.
Background in FMCG, food & beverage, QSR, retail, or multi-site environments preferred.
Strong track record in strategic financial planning, FP&A, capital allocation, and long-term growth.
Expertise in governance, reporting to Boards, enterprise risk management, and external audits.

Responsibilities

Lead the group’s five-year financial and growth strategy across restaurant and retail businesses.
Oversee FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling.
Manage corporate governance frameworks, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
Drive finance transformation and ERP initiatives, including SAP integration.
Lead treasury, funding, and capital management to support expansion and capex.
Develop finance leadership and shared services across the group.
