Job summary

Alcon Philippines seeks a Sr. Associate, Vision Care General Field Sales & Account Management to manage sales and client accounts. You will provide expert advice on products, identify sales opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve targets.

The role requires 2–5 years in a similar role, a university degree in Business or Marketing, and strong English skills. Travel readiness and ophthalmology industry interest are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Studies/Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English is a must.

Responsibilities

• Handle Vision Care General Field Sales and implement sales strategies to meet objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying potential clients and establishing new business relationships.
• Handle client queries and ensure customer satisfaction by providing expert advice on Vision Care products.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
• Monitor market trends and competitor behavior.
• Attend industry-related events and workshops.
