You will verify documents, assist applicants, liaise with embassies, schedule appointments, and coordinate with the Documentation Officer and Team Lead to deliver seamless visa services. Strong attention to detail and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• College or university degree holder in any relevant course.
• Advanced knowledge on embassy visa application filing.
• Relevant work experience from a reputable travel company.
• Pleasing personality.
• Good in verbal communication skills.
• Well-developed organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Driving skills with a valid driver’s license.
• Computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and facilitating visa processing for employees, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Assist, support in-house documentation officer in visa application preparation.
• Check accuracy and completeness of documents.
• Submit/release visa applications to/from embassies or visa centers.
• Provide assistance to visa applicants during personal appearances.
• Ensure smooth visa application submission and release.
• Help with embassy appointment setting or online form completion.
• Escalate embassy updates or changes to in-house team.
• Work closely with Documentation Officer and Team Lead in delivering service.
• Other tasks relevant to end-to-end documentation servicing.
