Qualifications

• Hands-on US individual and small business tax returns (1040/Schedule C).
• Experience with Form 1120-S and quarterly estimated taxes.
• Ability to research tax questions and explain concepts to clients.
• Strong English communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for US tax, accounting, payroll inquiries.
• Investigate escalated tickets and resolve discrepancies.
• Explain tax concepts clearly to clients.
• Coordinate with internal experts when needed.
• Document resolutions and maintain client records.
• Adapt to new systems and AI-assisted workflows.
