OpsArmy is seeking a seasoned US Tax Accountant to provide specialized Level 2 support for complex US tax and accounting inquiries. The role requires deep hands-on experience with individual and small business taxation, including Form 1040/Schedule C, Form 1120-S, quarterly estimated taxes, and S Corporation compensation.

You will work closely with clients, explain technical concepts in plain English, and resolve escalated tickets.

Formación

Hands-on knowledge of US individual and small business taxation.
Experience with Form 1040 / Schedule C and Form 1120-S.
Knowledge of quarterly estimated taxes and S Corporation compensation.
Ability to explain tax concepts clearly to clients.

Responsabilidades

Provide specialized Level 2 support for complex US tax, accounting, bookkeeping, and payroll inquiries.
Investigate and resolve escalated accounting and tax support tickets.
Review and troubleshoot bookkeeping discrepancies, account reconciliations, and transactions.
Assist clients with Form 1040, Schedule C, Form 1120-S questions, quarterly estimates, and S Corp compensation.
Explain tax concepts and recommended steps to clients in clear language.
Document resolutions and maintain accurate client records.
Coordinate with internal specialists and escalate when needed.
