Risewave Consulting Inc. is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for US healthcare roles. You will partner with hiring managers to define requirements, source top talent, and manage offers, onboarding, and candidate experience.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of progressive recruitment experience, strong sourcing skills, and a proven ability to handle high-volume requisitions while mentoring junior recruiters and improving processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience handling high-volume requisitions across multiple roles.
• Proficient with ATS/CRM platforms and sourcing tools.
• Strong candidate assessment and interviewing skills.
• Ability to mentor junior recruiters and drive process improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for US healthcare requisitions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify role requirements and priorities.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and Boolean search.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules across US time zones.
• Support offers and negotiations per client guidelines.
