EY is seeking a Senior Associate to join the US Payroll team in Manila, Philippines. You will process payroll for ~50,000 US EY professionals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with EY policies and regulatory requirements.

The role demands strong knowledge of payroll tax, multi-state considerations, and collaboration with Tax leadership to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2–4 years of progressive payroll tax experience.
• Payroll experience in a multinational environment preferred.
• Strong Excel/Office tools proficiency required.
• Experience with HR, payroll policies and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Execute payroll processes ensuring accuracy and adherence to EY standards.
• Monitor and enforce SoD in payroll-related operations.
• Update and maintain payroll procedures and documentation.
• Collaborate with Tax and Payroll leadership to resolve complex issues.
• Produce KPI metrics and support ad hoc payroll projects.
