Job summary

E-Way Business Inc. in Metro Manila (Makati) is seeking a payroll and accounting specialist to manage local payroll operations, tax filings, and compliance for a BPO organization. You will ensure accurate payroll runs, maintain statutory remittances, and keep books current.

The role requires 3–5 years of accounting experience with a focus on Philippine payroll and local mandates, preferably within a BPO environment. You are organized, trustworthy, and detail-oriented.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of general accounting experience with heavy payroll and local tax compliance in the Philippines.
• Experience in BPO finance or local corporate accounting is a plus.
• Grounded, trustworthy, organized and humble.

Responsibilities

• Process regular payroll for local BPO staff and track attendance.
• Manage employer portal reporting and contributions for SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG.
• Prepare and file recurring BIR forms (1601-C, 0619-E, 2551Q, etc.) for the corporation.
• Maintain clean books, perform bank reconciliations, and produce monthly management reports.
• Oversee LGU renewals and clearances.
