eClerx Philippines is seeking a Senior US Payroll Specialist to support a large US healthcare client. You will manage end-to-end US payroll using Workday Payroll or UKG/Kronos, ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with HR, Finance and Benefits.

The role offers a hybrid work setup after onboarding, competitive compensation, and ongoing training to deepen expertise across payroll platforms and client-specific processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of end-to-end US payroll processing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end US payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Administer payroll using Workday Payroll or UKG/Kronos.
• Review and validate payroll transactions, earnings, deductions, taxes, and adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local US payroll regulations.
• Investigate payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries.
• Support payroll audits, reconciliations, and year-end activities including W-2 processing.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Benefits, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless payroll operations.
• Cross‑train on additional payroll platforms and client‑specific processes during the transition period.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee and payroll information.
