Torero Global Outsourcing Corp. in Eastwood, Metro Manila, is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to run end-to-end US payroll for Amazon DSP clients and other client accounts.

You will own the full payroll cycle in ADP Workforce Now, from time collection through disbursement and reporting. This role requires strong knowledge of California wage and hour law and multi-state payroll, handling time and attendance, garnishments, and compliance.

Qualificações

• 5+ years US payroll experience across multiple states.
• Proficient with ADP Workforce Now and Time & Attendance integration.
• Strong knowledge of California wage and hour law and NY/TX/FL rules.
• Experience processing payroll for hourly, high-volume workforces.
• Hands-on ADP configuration experience (tax jurisdictions, earning and deduction codes).
• Very accurate, checklist-based reconciliation and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Run the full payroll cycle in ADP Workforce Now: collect and approve timecards, sync time and attendance, process payroll, review it and disburse pay.
• Handle time and attendance exceptions with a clear audit trail before payroll finalization.
• Process payroll containing new hires, terminations, retro pay, bonuses and off-cycle payments.
• Fix payroll errors after data sync using off-cycle runs and retro adjustments.
• Reconcile payroll: gross-to-net, tax withholdings, deductions, headcounts.
• Ensure compliance with California wage and hour law across multiple states and local rules.
