Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day transactions through financial statement prep for US clients. You will handle AP/AR, payroll, month-end close, and reconciliations while guiding junior staff and drafting process docs.

The role requires 3+ years of accounting experience, US client exposure, and strong English communication. Proficiency in QBO, Bill.com, Sage, and NetSuite is preferred, with CPA a plus.

Qualifications

• With at least 3 years of experience in the same field, preferably with BPO companies.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
• Experience working directly with US clients is required
• Hands-on experience with various accounting software such as QuickBooks, Bill.com, Sage, NetSuite, or similar platforms.
• Able to manage multiple client accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure and adapt to urgent priorities.
• Familiarity with other US reporting requirements, such as Form 1099 preparation and filing, is a plus.
• CPA license preferred but not required.
