Job summary

Philtech is seeking an experienced Voice Support Engineer to lead enterprise voice infrastructure initiatives. The role requires strong hands-on experience with Cisco VoIP, CUCM, CVP, and related systems, and the ability to design, implement and support complex voice networks.

You will collaborate across the organization, mentor junior engineers, manage 24x7 on-call rotations, and translate technical proposals for management.

Qualifications

• 4- to 5-year degree or equivalent work experience.
• CCNA Collaboration or equivalent.
• 5+ years leading voice support engineering in infrastructure.
• 5+ years engineering and deployment experience.
• Strong knowledge of voice networks, topologies and protocols.
• Experience with UC on UCS, CUCM, CVP, CER, and related Cisco voice solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead voice network engineering for enterprise voice infrastructure.
• Design, implement, and support voice network systems and diagnostic tools.
• Collaborate with peers to standardize voice services across the business.
• Mentor and train junior engineers.
• Manage 24x7 on-call rotation as required.
• Communicate technical proposals to management with clarity.
