Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Network Engineer – Voice to support and manage voice network infrastructure, including AudioCodes SBC, OVOC, and Cisco CUCM, spanning deployment, administration, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.

You will configure call routing, provision endpoints, monitor performance, and collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration while providing on-call support for critical P1/P2 incidents when required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in network/voice engineering.
Hands-on experience with AudioCodes SBC, OVOC, and Cisco CUCM.

Responsibilities

Manage and support voice network infrastructure and related systems.
Configure, deploy, and maintain AudioCodes SBCs, OVOC, and Media Gateways.
Administer Cisco CUCM and CME environments.
Perform call routing and endpoint provisioning.
Monitor voice network performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
Provide advanced technical support for voice-related incidents.
Assist in maintaining reliable and high-quality voice services.
Document network configurations, changes, and technical procedures.
Collaborate with other IT and technical teams to ensure seamless system integration.
Provide on-call support for critical P1/P2 incidents when required.
