Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a UCaaS/VoIP support role with hands-on experience.
• Solid networking knowledge and ability to diagnose complex issues.
• Proven troubleshooting skills and customer-focused mindset.
• Experience with ticketing systems for incident logging and escalation.

Responsibilities

• Provide Expert Support: troubleshoot and resolve call quality, feature, and connectivity issues for clients.
• Mentor and Escalate: guide Tier 1 analysts and escalate when needed with tracking.
• Analyze and Troubleshoot: identify root causes from logs and system data.
• Maintain Documentation: document steps and improve support processes.
• Contribute to Infrastructure: assist in telephony design and deployment.
• Collaborate Effectively: work with internal teams and vendors to ensure performance.
