Private Advertiser is seeking a Network Engineer – Voice to support and manage voice network infrastructure, including AudioCodes SBC, OVOC, and Cisco CUCM, spanning deployment, administration, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.
You will configure call routing, provision endpoints, monitor performance, and collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration while providing on-call support for critical P1/P2 incidents when required.
About the role
We are looking for a Network Engineer – Voice to support and manage voice network infrastructure and telecommunications systems. The role will focus on AudioCodes SBC, OVOC, and Cisco CUCM, including deployment, administration, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.
Key responsibilities
Manage and support voice network infrastructure and related systems.
Configure, deploy, and maintain AudioCodes SBCs, OVOC, and Media Gateways.
Administer Cisco CUCM and CME environments.
Perform call routing and endpoint provisioning.
Monitor voice network performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
Provide advanced technical support for voice-related incidents.
Assist in maintaining reliable and high-quality voice services.
Document network configurations, changes, and technical procedures.
Collaborate with other IT and technical teams to ensure seamless system integration.
Provide on-call support for critical P1/P2 incidents when required.
About you
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in network engineering, voice engineering, or telecommunications.
Hands-on experience with AudioCodes SBC, AudioCodes OVOC, and Cisco CUCM.
Knowledge of Cisco CME, Media Gateways, call routing, and endpoint provisioning is an advantage.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willing to work on a rotating schedule.
Willing to provide 24/7 on-call support for P1/P2 incidents when required.
