Job summary

Comcast Technology Solutions in Pasig City, Ortigas Center, Glas Tower, is seeking a Tier 2 UCaaS Engineer to evolve the company's telephony infrastructure through strategic assessments and design initiatives. You will lead integration of telephony solutions with minimal oversight and mentor junior staff.

The role requires 3–5 years in UCaaS/VoIP, strong networking, and hands-on BroadSoft experience, with a mix of on-site work and eventual hybrid schedules. A CCNA Voice certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on UCaaS/VoIP support experience.
• 3–5 years of networking experience with advanced concepts.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Solid experience with ticketing systems for issue logging, tracking, and escalation.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert support for call quality, system features, and connectivity.
• Mentor and escalate for Tier 1 UCaaS Analysts when needed.
• Analyze call logs and system data to identify root causes and trends.
• Maintain documentation and improve support processes.
