The role involves developing procedures for assessing TVET needs and formulating training programs for specific subjects, along with evaluating project proposals and research studies.

Responsabilidades

• Assists in managing and administering the Regional Operations Division (ROD)
• Leads in building a strong motivated workforce
• Develops procedures and techniques in assessing TVET needs as well as in formulating educational/training program for a subject field
• Undertakes analysis and evaluation of project proposal and research studies
• Performs other related functions as may be required
