Responsibilities

• Organizes training sessions by preparing session plan, materials, and resources.
• Delivers competency-based training with pre-assessment, session delivery and progress monitoring.
• Administers institutional assessments and analyzes results.
• Monitors learners' performance and records in official logs.
• Implements classroom and facilities management; observes safety precautions.
• Conducts career counseling sessions and communicates with individuals and groups.
• Develops competency-based learning materials and updates LMS contents.
• Conducts competency assessments by administering tests and quizzes.
• Maintains training facilities and ensures equipment functionality.
• Ensures compliance with quality standards and utilizes ICT in learning.
